Christian Baudanza – Di Tacchio

Founder and Head of Goalkeeper Development

Christian has been playing the beautiful game since the age of 4 originally starting out as a goalkeeper. He then moved on to playing as a centre-back throughout the grassroots level until finally going back to the goalkeeper position he loved so much at the age of 13. Christian brings with him over 20+ years of goalkeeping experience at various levels throughout the Canadian Soccer System. Over those 20+ years, Christian developed his own style of goalkeeping inspired by watching his idols Gianluigi Buffon, Francesco Toldo and Nelson Dida.

Christian shifted from player to coach at the start of 2024 and is currently serving as the Goalkeeper Coach for the East Gwillimbury Soccer Club. He is extremely passionate about passing along his experience and knowledge to young and aspiring goalkeepers ensuring that they have the proper mindset and foundations to help make them into goalkeeper they want to be.
